Chad Mitchell and Amanda Taylor are co-founders of Metropolis Business Development and partners in Metropolis Enterprises, a conglomerate spanning business development, financial strategy, media, and real estate investment.

Chad Mitchell, Co-Founder, Metropolis Business Development
Chad built his career financing and growing businesses, first as a mortgage originator and real estate investor, then as a licensed annuities agent structuring capital and protection for owners at every stage. He co-founded MBD to bring that same rigor to the businesses he works with directly. Chad is also building Metropolis Enterprises, the broader vision spanning real estate and asset management.

Amanda Taylor, Co-Founder & COO, Metropolis Business Development
Amanda spent over fifteen years running the operational and financial side of service businesses before founding MBD in 2024. She built her framework, Earn, Control, Own, Multiply, around a simple observation: most owners treat profit as the finish line when it's actually raw material.
